Yahweh Elohim will set the lonely in familes (Ps 68:6)

lonely-girl Pictures, Images and Photos

It has been quite some time since I wrote a personal blog. This summer has kept me on the go and on my toes trying to keep my daughter busy hanging with her friends and other family activities. SO MUCH going on, that as i sit here and write this, i am ever SO THANKFUL to my precious and loving heavenly Abba Father for some answers to prayer! i've been so spiritually lonely in this small coastal town for the almost ten years of living here. Even the few who i was in fellowship over the internet are too busy with their own lives to reach out any more.

Several months ago i ran into a lady and her son who used to live in our mobile home park. Her name is Glenna. i had some real physical female concerns that i began to briefly share with her. She said she could help me with some things she has been doing that has helped her tremendously. i met with her and she spent a lot of time writing by hand important info  for me to have, as well getting me started with a body cleanse and essential oils, etc. This really helped turn things around in my life. She is also a believer in Yeshua.

 My family and i were meeting with another couple to do worship and bible studies with, but it went sour due to some real concerns we had that we felt was a compromise. It also put our daughter at risk when it came to this couple’s two children. It was such a major let down and disappointment, because i thought, “Wow, now i have some local fellowship with other believers!”

When i expressed my hurt and disappointment with Yahweh, He reminded me about the lady who helped me out who was a believer. Her family along with two other believers in Yeshua, were meeting together on Saturdays (Shabbat) to read the scriptures and share a meal together. We started to meet with them a couple months back and it has really been a blessing. Just recently i have been bringing my guitar and we are starting to do worship together as well. Just recently, another couple have also been meeting with us.

There is a feast coming up the end of September called Sukkot (The feast of Tabernacles) that goes for 8 days. Glenna and her family were planning on going to Orosi, California to celebrate Sukkot, but Yahweh had other plans. i’ve always wanted to be a part of and experience this feast, but never understood what was involved, or knew anyone to guide me in this direction. Well, we are now going to have one here in our town. We will be camping out at a place that was made available to us through Glenna and her husband who are overseers of a pond that we have enjoyed trout fishing at for several years. It’s a beautiful place.

i will be leading the worship twice a day, in the morning, and in the evening, throughout the Sukkot gathering. SO much is being put into this together that Glenna is shouldering herself, because i know so little about this feast. i also KNOW Yahweh will bless her, and I will do whatever i can to help. i am very excited about Yahweh making this miracle happen. I am also very excited about the fellowship that has finally opened up for us. (Especially for me. : ) )

Glenna is a very dear sister who I have come to know and love more and more. She says i have been a blessing to her and an answer to prayer, but I have to say DITTO, for me too! i have been learning some new messianic songs that are so beautiful and have a depth of drawing closer into Yahweh’s presence.

They will be a part of the songs i will share along with the ones I have been accumulating on my own during our personal family worship time. These are songs after my own and His heart. : )

Two days ago when I was having my prayer time and worshiping Yahweh, I was given a new song. i will post the words below. Hopefully when time allows, I will get it recorded and post it here and at my godly Christian music page.

Yahweh ~ Yeshua

Yahweh..........Yahweh, i love You
Yahweh..........i praise You
Yahweh..........Yahweh, i want to serve You
Yahweh..........i will follow You, all the days of my life. i will follow You all the days of my life

(1st Chorus)
To You i will come, to You i will run
into Your Presence
ON bended knee, in humility
i will worship You, in Spirit and in Truth
IN Spirit and in Truth
 Yeshua..........Yeshua, You gave Your Life for me
Yeshua..........You died for me
Yeshua..........Yeshua, You cleansed and set me free
Yeshua..........i abide in You and You in me
All the days of my life, i abide in You and You in me, all the days of my life

(2nd Chorus)

O ancient of days, to You i will praise
my Abba Father
You are the One, who gave us Your Son
Out of Love to redeem us
And bring us close to Your heart
To bring us close to Your heart
 (Repeat song)
 (Repeat 1st and 2nd Chorus)

The melody that the Holy Spirit gave me to this song is so beautiful. It blesses me every time I sing it to Abba Father. \0/

The other blessing that has happened this summer is getting to meet another couple in our town who home school their daughter. She is a year younger than Daniella, but they have meet on a few occasions and have really hit it off. We are a part of a home school group that is the next town south of us, but we can’t go to many of the meet up gatherings because of the distance and gas. Now we have another family we can car pool with, get together, and do some things locally as well. : )

Now I don’t feel so lonely! Praise Yahweh Elohim Adonai!!! \0/

Your Name, Yeshua (and some sad news)

A few week backs during my prayer time with Abba Father, i got the music to a poem song, that was written from a book i am reading called, "My all for Him." (by Basilea Shlink) The book is about a moving collection of messages mostly in prose and with some in verse. Basilea Shlink, is the founder of the Sisterhood of Mary in Darmstadt, Germany. Each meditation calls us to a deep and abiding love for Yeshua (our Bridegroom.) These meditations are quite short, but profound in expressing challenging aspects of the demands of Yahweh (God) upon Christian believers. How to live for Christ, and how this way leads to true happiness.

i also combined another song i sang years ago, when i led worship in the small church where i went to as a young believer. The song is called, "There's Something about that Name."

It fits well as a chorus to the rest of the words penned by Basilea. There are additional lines in the song given to me by the Holy Spirit that  brought the song together as well. i also changed the name from Jesus to Yeshua, because for me i desire to call Him by His true Hebrew Name.

i will put the lyrics and music player to the song below~

Well today marks the end of the guitar i have been using for the past few years to record the Spiritsongs. The owner of the guitar came by today to pick it up from out of state in order to make his final closure of this area. He and his daughter used to live here a year ago. It was a sad day saying goodbye to a guitar that has been such a blessing. : (
i do have another one, but it's not that good for recording.  This may be my last song. i leave it all in the Lord's hands.

Your Name, Yeshua

Source of my joy, oh Yeshua
most dear
Yeshua, Your Name is the sweetest to hear
Ringing with joy in my heart day and night
Waking me up with the first rays of light

Yeshua, i love You. Yeshua, i adore You

Yeshua, Your Name is joyful to hear
And when i call on that Name, You are here
Take my heart, Lord, and Your home it shall be
Could any guest be more welcome to me?

Yeshua, i love You. Yeshua, i adore You

(Chorus)

Yeshua (3x's) There is something about that Name.
Master, Savior, Yeshua
Like the fragrance after the rain
Yeshua(3x's) Let all heaven and earth proclaim
Kings and kingdoms shall all pass away
But there's something about that Name

True life now means to love only You
And let my thoughts belong wholly to you
You are the one i hold dearest and best
And in Your love You allow me to rest

Out of my heart comes sweet melody
SO men in Your likeness in my life will see
They too will choose you for their love alone
And this shall bring them to heaven's bright throne

(Chorus)

Your Name, Yeshua
There's something about the Name, Yeshua
Name above all names, Yeshua
i love You, Yeshua
i adore You, Yehshua (Repeat)

Dumb Sheep?

DUMB SHEEP?

 Have you ever heard the term: "dumb sheep"? Being a city boy, I can't really say whether or not sheep are actually "dumb", but the image they call to mind is a group of little, white, fuzzy (and witless) animals that do nothing all day but graze on soft rolling hills of green... just waiting to be eaten by Wile E. Coyote!

The Bible refers to Christians as sheep and in many ways we are just like those little animals: we must be led from place to place and, being defenseless, we must completely trust in Another, the Good Shepherd, for protection.

But, did you know that BLIND faith is very bad thing? Solomon said: "The simple believeth every word: but the prudent man looketh well to his going." (Prov. 14:15) Luke said the worshippers at Berea "...were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so." (Acts 17:11). Who were the Bereans " checking-up"  on? The apostle Paul! Paul had been teaching that this Jesus was the promised Christ and that He, of necessity, was to have died and rose again. Remember, the Jews had been expecting the Messiah in the form of a king.

As the Berean believers, we should not automatically accept everything we hear from the pulpit, or from any other "authority", as fact unless it agrees with the authority of scripture.

Real Christianity is not blind devotion to a Jim Jones, "creed" or cause; it isn't naive trust in the unreliable. It is, rather, OPEN-MINDED devotion and commitment to and personal relationship with Jesus Christ Himself.
     "
Ponder the path of thy feet, and let ALL thy ways be established." (Prov. 4:26-emphasis added.) Solomon here tells us to consider ALL our ways (not just those of a "spiritual" nature). We are to exercise good judgement, common sense, and seek wise counsel when needed in handling the everyday affairs of life. We need not be an easy "mark" for those willing to prey on the unsuspecting.

Jesus Himself said: " Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves." (Matt. 10:16)

Dumb sheep? Not a chance!

-Al Stephens

       ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have heard that cliche as well. As far as a sheep's nature coming from one who has made their calling and occupation as a literal shepherd over sheep, that I do not know. Much of what I read here resonates with my Spirit for those who are Truly of HIS FOLD.
John 10:1-4
 1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.
 2But he that entereth in by the door is the Shepherd of the sheep.
 3To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear His voice: and He calleth His own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
 4And when he putteth forth his own sheep, He goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know His voice.
The sheep of His fold don't get caught up in the biblical evolution that has crept within Christianity for millennium. WHY? Because such practices contradict His word, example and voice for His sheep to pick up their cross, deny self, follow Him and LISTEN to HIS voice!. Here is a link that expounds on this very important subject. http://besanctified.blogspot.com/2011/03/biblical-evolution.html
As a side note: It is said that sheep are dumb and will follow one another off a precipice, so there is a balance here. If the sheep take the prodding and discipline of Yeshua our true shepherd, then we will be kept from the pit falls that surround us. If one wanders away from the Shepherd as others follow, then they become  DUMB, FOOLISH,and easy prey. Out from under the protection of Yeshua the Shepherd of His flock and the Head over His Body.
The Greatest Gift
Merry Christ is the Way, Truth and Life this day and everyday to you all! As the world over are and have exchanged gifts, there is a sense of excitement, especially among the children. Some have received gifts they have been wanting, others haven't, but received more like what they need and many out there on the streets are just trying to survive life. There are also those Many who are very alone and filled with despair and yet there is ONE GIFT no matter where you are, made available to every human soul. There is only ONE GIFT, that is the GREATEST and MOST FULFILLING gift His created beings could EVER receive.
Creator Abba Father Yahweh Elohim gave such a gift out of His DEEP love for His created beings. The gift of His Son! To those whose eyes are made open through Spirit to behold such a gift of SALVATION will take it beyond this realm. Anything you have and receive in this life by way of riches, material things and on and on will not go with you when you breath your last breath. What will follow you when you have repented of your wretched sinful ways and BELIEVE (adhere to, rely on, trust and obey the words of) Jesus who died for you while you we were yet a sinner, a scoffer and hater of Creator God, is eternal life.
And what of eternal Life? One of my favorite scriptures I hold on to as we plunge into a time of great tribulation and persecution of His lambs, mass death and the rise of anti Christ is this~
1 Corinthians 2:9-10
It is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searches all things, yea, the deep things of God.
What does it profit you or me if we gain this world and or the things of this world in exchange for our soul?
Keep your eyes on the GREATEST GIFT and PRIZE as you run this race of life for the upward call in Christ! For the sufferings in this life CANNOT COMPARE to the glory that shall be revealed in, to and through us!
It's going beyond the manger,(which is just the beginning) of being babes, to accepting the crucified, risen Savior Yeshua Jesus into our hearts and giving HIM full charge of our lives by His indwelling Spirit to daily rid us of our sinful nature in place of His Divine Nature.
THANK YOU ABBA FATHER for the GIFT of Yeshua! For Eternal Life! The Hope of our redemption. The working of our salvation with fear and trembling. The enduring with You till the end so that we might be saved. The fixing of our gaze on Yeshua Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. You, who began a good work in us will COMPLETE IT! To sharing in the fellowship of Your sufferings and becoming like you in Your death so that we may attend to the resurrection of the dead! To enduring the cross daily, dying to self, following You and scorning it's shame knowing we are already seated together with You in heavenly places from where You see it all outside of time and space.
My prayer, Abba Father is for You to gather Your children out there throughout the world who have yet to be awakened to the GREATEST GIFT and come into their rightful place as your children, Heirs with You and joint heirs with Christ Yeshua!
Impasse
It seems this is a good time as any to write this blog. It's been a HELLUVA two days battling on the net and computer glitches. BEYOND anything I have encountered with the net in a long time. If I were to try and describe what I have been dealing with you would think I WAS NUTS! INSANE even. As far as the world goes, I am just that. ( I march to the beat of Yeshua's drum, the scourge of the world.) I feel as though I have wasted hours upon hours more than I would have liked trying to accomplish some of the things I have wanted to tackle while me and my daughter have two weeks break from home school. I have hit more walls at every turn. I will not use this opportunity to RANT about my present frustrations since Trish and Ang were on the other end of my rantings. I apologize for the craziness and yet I THANK YOU for letting me rant on.
I have two major thorns in my side. One being myspace, which I no longer use for music except to post IMPORTANT spiritual stuff and then I get out right quick. The other is FACEBOOK. GRRRR! That is by far my biggest thorn and enigma! As much as I have ranted on about myspace, facebook has jumped to the number one position of my DISTAIN.
For those who like it, please do not take offense, but there is something I have picked up with facebook and these major type of NETworkings than I can humanly explain. But it is REAL and sinister. I tried creating a facebook band account and it turned into a schizophrenic situation. I don't know if I am going to forge ahead. I want to SHIT can the whole thing, but I will step back for a few days until the smoke clears and my head stops hurting. So for now I am at an impasse and wait to see where this spiritual turn is going to take me. I don't want to make any decisions out of my own hatred of facebook, when there could be something Spirit wants to teach and show me, even if it is for a SHORT time. I will take a SELAH and PAUSE by stepping back for a bit from setting anything up. Whether it be facebook, icompositions, etc.
It's time to sit down and read a book or two I have been putting off to get away from the strong pull and net programming. This is what brother Thomas talked about in his last audio podcast with Zeph. (Zedjah) It is something we need to do more to keep the simplicity in tack and to short circuit THEIR strong pull of technology we use to connect with each other. It's not the connecting that's bad, but the subtle technological traps we fall into that keep us coming back for more. IT'S CRAZY!!!!
Agape, Shalom and His Rest be upon you in Jesus Name!
