Update ~ 2/3/12 (New Song and Video)

There are a couple of things i want to blog about, that has been going on in the spiritual realm of Linda Rose ~ Spiritsong. A very close friend and kindred sister in Christ (Netty from Wholly Sanctified) wrote words to a song that expressed the depth of pain, suffering and intense spiritual warfare that has been a constant in her's and her husband's life for well over 4 years now. i don't need to go into detail about that here, since i have a link to their blogger on my side bar called, " Struck Down Yet Not Destroyed," (Our Story Continued.) She was praying about her desire for me to get the music to the song and record it as well. Netty e-mailed me the words on Friday (Jan 27th) and the Holy Spirit gave me the music to it the following morning. As i spent the mornings thereafter, during my quiet time getting familiar with the new song, i was getting words to echo at the ending. In fact, i got another verse (2nd echo) that really put it all together yesterday morning. \0/

i had an opportunity to begin recording the song, and only had about 2 hours to get it done. i tried using my 12 string ovation that could be plugged into an amp to boost the guitar. i hit one obstacle after another. : ( There was a loud humming noise coming from the amp, but "I" was determined to get it recorded before my husband and daughter got home. My arm got really stiff and hard like a board from the mistakes of having to record numerous times  just before the end of the song where the echo's would come in. Time flew passed as i was painfully doing another recording with the loud hum from the amp when my daughter charged in the room not knowing i was still recording. UGH! 


Well, THANK YAHWEH that happened, even though i was a bit upset that it didn't go the way "I" intended for it to go.There in lies the problem. It was ME who was trying to get this song done and not the work of the Spirit. i pushed all the recording equipment back in our room far enough so we wouldn't trip over it, and told my husband that i can try recording again tomorrow. He planned on taking our daughter out for the day, so that would give me all the time i needed to get the recording done.

Since i was having a hard time recording with my 12 string ovation, because it's been many months since i have used it, this morning i decided to play the six string guild and use a pick to boost the sound. After a few takes, i finally got a recordable track. \0/ 


There is something i forgot to mention about this song with the added echos involved. This was one of the most intense and challenging songs i can ever remember doing. i spent time praying at length for His Body, and for the anointing over this song that would convey the depth of emotion it needed to express what was deep down in Netty's heart. When the song was complete, i got to share it with her. It more then met her expectations. The Lord answered prayer!!! 


i will post the song that we both agreed should be titled, "Though He Slay me," below. But, before i do, there is something else that has been in the works that another sister in Christ, Ruthann, who put  a video together to one of the Spiritsong's called, "Yahshua." i so love and appreciate when the Body of Christ works together using the gifts He has given us to build each other up, and bless His other members. To all He wills to  minister to, encourage and strengthen in our most holy faith. i will put the video up after the song.

Linda Rose asked me if I wanted to share anything as a part of this blog; and I most definitely do.

First, I want to say that I am so blessed at the gift that the Holy Spirit has placed in my precious sister, and second for her obedience in walking in such a manner as to keep that gift pure; especially amidst the snares that have been laid along the way.

Any one who knows me understands how I feel about flattery, so please understand that what I write is sincere and from the very depths of my heart.

I rarely listen to music these days, for the most part; and that includes the abomination that has infiltrated the evangelical Christian community under the banner of the label of “contemporary Christian music.” I find that this music serves nothing more than to entertain and stir the soul by way of emotional manipulation; and I also find this to be a very dangerous veil used by the Enemy to deceive many professing Christians into believing that their “emotional response” to this music has something to do with the moving of the Holy Spirit. There is an old worldly tag line or cliché that says “what goes up, must come down”; and that is the danger of our feeding our emotions verses our inner spirit man. I would encourage everyone reading this blog to visit this link and read Watchman Nee’s book “The Spiritual Man.” (Link address: The Spiritual Man ~ Watchmen Nee) In this book Watchman Nee discuss the importance of our feeding the spirit man and NOT the soul. In his book he states the following:

“In view of this fact, let us remember that God has ordained He will deal with man through his spirit alone and that by mans spirit His counsels are to be realized. If such be the case, how necessary for the spirit of man to continue in constant and living union with God, without for a moment being affected into disobeying divine laws by following the feelings, desires, and ideals of the outward soul.”

“Disregard your feelings and experience. God pronounces your flesh crucified; it therefore has been crucified.”

Read the book! Coming from a history of mental illness (acute depression), I learned long ago that anything that lent itself to the stimulation or manipulation of my emotions was subject to returning me to as severe a low at the end as it did an emotional “high” in the beginning.

The only music I can listen to these days are the old hymns, music from Godly Christian Music and; most often that of God’s little song bird, Linda Rose ~ Spiritsong. Walking through this tremendous fire over the past four years I have found a secret place with God and His songbird which ministers deep into my spirit man. I pray that if you have not listened to Spiritsong that you download and keep this music available for times when you need to have a songbird from Heaven minister into your heart. My IPOD lies by my bed and each night I find that when struggling with that of “taking my thoughts captive” over homelessness and the waxing cold of mens hearts, I plug into that which ministers to my heart grace, hope and love. One of my favorites is “Resurrection Dead.” Oh how I long for the glorious day to fly along my brethren, and my precious songbird to Eternity!

Update ~ Aug 8th

i just posted 3 new videos called, Reflections, Your Beautiful and Altitude. You can watch these videos by clicking on the Videos & Music page on the upper right of my sidebar.

OH BTW, did you notice the NEW LOOK? i hope you really like it. : ) Netty who is a dear friend and precious sister in Christ helped me with this new template and did some marvelous touch ups on some of the pics you see on my sidebar. She also did the dove with a rose, the acoustic guitar at the top and made the Name blend in better with the new template. i SO APPRECIATE the gifts of Abba's Body when they flow by His Wondrous Spirit.\0/

i had planned on recording the new song Abba gave me two weeks ago called ~ Holy, Worthy, Glory, Honor and Praise, but i have been very sick to where i was unable to talk for over a week. My voice is still not where i am able to record, but i am hoping next weekend i will be well enough with my voice back to normal to record the new song. When the Holy Spirit makes a Way then it will all come together in HIS perfect time.


May all who come by to read these blogs and explore further on the deep things of Abba Father be comforted and spurred on to Love and good works in Christ. Pray fervently, walk in obedience and keep your hearts open, humble and ready for these times of persecution that will catch MANY off guard and cause MANY to fall away.


Endure with Abba Father in Yehshua Jesus by His indwelling Holy Spirit till the end. Only those of His who endure till the end will be saved.


May His perfect Love cast out ALL your fear. Do NOT be weary in well doing for in due time you will receive your reward. Do NOT faint for fear when times get really dark and very hard, but trust in the Lord with your whole heart. Don't try to understand the trials and sufferings that are not strange to His followers. As Yehshua was persecuted so will we be. As He was hated by the world and the religious leaders who sought the praise of men so will we who follow closely to Him. Fix your spiritual eyes ALWAYS on Jesus who is the author and finisher of your faith. Love  Abba Father with ALL your heart and being, because He first loved you and gave His life for you. He will NEVER leave or forsake you so don't ever leave or forsake Him when you suffer for righteousness sake.

It's You i Want to See

i just recently recorded a new song that i had not planned on doing. It was an unexpected surprise. i posted the song at the bottom of my last blog called, "Draw Near to Me." With a loving nudge of encouragement from a friend i was talking to on the phone,  i felt i should share how it all came about.  i don't know why i didn't think to do it as i have done with most of the songs i have posted in previous blogs. 
 

i had planned on going out with my husband and daughter on Sunday, but i was putting a teaching and word on my blog Abba put on my heart from some scriptures He led me to in my prayer time and i felt strongly led to stay home. This song i had gotten a few months back, but i never got to record it. i just happen to pull it out several days ago when i was singing songs to Abba and i said to Him when i was looking over the song, " Lord i really need to record this one."
 

About an hour after my husband and daughter left i heard Father say, "go ahead and record the song now."  In all honesty, my response was not a favorable one.  "Oh Lord i really don't feel like it doing it right now. :( " i  heard nothing back and my own conscience was nagging at me. How could i tell Abba NOT NOW? With a sigh i said to Abba, ok, even though i don't feel like doing it, i'll get everything together to record.
 

i got everything all set up.  i felt with this song the reverb should be at the lower end then i had been recording with the previous ones . As i was doing a dry run of the song, i broke into prayer. About halfway through the recording, i could sense Abba was pleased. The feeling i got was just so sweet!  The song in it's entirety took less than an hour to put together. The timing with this song is very special to me. i have felt the Holy Spirits calling to not just pray but also to sing to Him more. The singing to Abba hasn't been a part of my prayer time in quite a while. 

When i heard Abba say to me last week, "pick up your guitar and sing to Me," it brought back those sweet memories of the deeper intimacy that has come about from those earlier days when He apprehended me. To return back to our first Love is the admonishment of the Holy Spirits calling to my heart for the troublesome and very dark days ahead.  Abba Father is SO PRECIOUS and LOVING! Even after all these years of following Him, i get so AWE STRUCK  to think that He fervently desires intimacy with me. It's all about keeping it simple from a pure heart and the desire to minister to HIM in what He calls me to do. If there are those who are  ministered to in addition to Abba being FIRST in my desire to serve and please Him, then that is but an added blessing. \0/

Love the Lord your Father God with all your heart, all your mind, all your might and all your soul! Love one another as He loves and gave His Life for us.

Winds of Change

I have a few more songs I am going to be putting up on my reverberation player along with a few short clips of some spontaneous and humorous stuff that happened throughout mine and JT's recording experience back east. We spent a total of about 12 to 14 hours a day recording. We only had 8 days to get all 37 Spiritsong's recorded because of the time constraints. I don't need to bore you with all the details, but we did take breaks in between meals and a little down time so we wouldn't burn ourselves out.  More than half of the songs we had to do took 2 to 4 or more takes so we could have at least one decent recording of each song.

Between my throbbing fingers and other obstacles, when looking back on it all it was quite hilarious, but not nearly as funny as having to get through it all at the time. If I told you what they all were, you would be rolling on the floor. But from where I was sitting it was a miracle I even got through any song successfully recorded.

The obstacles and long hours did not keep us from doing what we felt Abba wanted us to do with these songs. The fact that me and my family were able to go back east and do this after I was being prepared and led  on a 30 day fast, there could be no denying what He made possible for this to happen. I know mine and JT's expectations were to do more with the songs, but Abba wants to keep it simple and pure. What these recordings did do for me was to bring the vocals to a higher recorded quality that these ears appreciated more than I can say.

Along with these songs that have not yet been heard on the internet, I will be posting the words in between each audio of this updated blog. I was going to do it separately, but I thought it would be best to put them all up for the sake of time.

The first song I will put up is called, Winds of Change.

As I  reflected on the words and where I am presently at on this spiritual journey I was getting visual thought flashbacks of the different people who have been in and out of my life. There are quite a few who have walked along side of me and I them. There were individuals, ministries, forums and various social network groups of Christians I was a part of inside and outside of the church who had their own strong emphasis and agenda of what they held tightly to. I couldn't help but get caught up in their ideals and charismatic approach in getting me to see things their way.
 
So................. where are these people now?..........Winds of change, beloved......................I found that most of these I have been a part of fall into this category that the Holy Spirit recently brought to mind.

James 1:3-10

But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. 6 But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. 7 For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways. 9 Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted:10 But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.

What I have encountered and discerned after some time from most   I had close "fellowship" with, is that they possessed a double mindedness, instability and a twisted speech (tongue) that could not be easily detected in the beginning because of their bold stand of the Truth they uttered. Such deception cast doubt on my own walk and/or the sincerity of what they professed. This brought much uncertainty, spiritual agitation and a deep unrest in my own soul throughout my spiritual walk. I knew deep down that what I lacked was the pure unadulterated Word, a call for His children to pick up their cross daily, die to self and follow Christ. (Not man, a ministry, calling, social gatherings among "Christians" ad nauseum!).

In due time, by Abba's stern, yet gentle promptings, conviction and the love of the Truth that HE put in my heart to receive, I found there wasn't the wisdom that comes from above at work in those I once had fellowship with,  but rather the wisdom that comes from the earth. (James 3:14-16~ But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.) 

Where does this envy and strife come from? Their own pride and ego that thinks "they" have the full corner on the Truth. This Truth in Christ Jesus we are called to LIVE what we profess to believe. The backbiting, jealousy and  the setting up of ones own kingdom (ministry) in the name of Jesus is apparent in the way I have seen people be treated behind the scenes.(Vicious, cruel, untrusting, vile and evil)
 
How can this being tossed about take place if these ones operating in such a way do not seek His wisdom from above? Could be they have sought for such wisdom, but could not receive it because of their compromise to the full council of Abba in His Word. They  have one foot in the world and one in the kingdom. Therefore desiring such wisdom cannot be obtained. We CANNOT  have our place alongside Abba in Christ who ALONE is to be seated on the throne of our hearts. 


This brings to mind another scripture Abba Father reminded me of in

Ephesians 4:13-15

Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all  things, which is the head, even Christ:

This double mindedness, doublespeak and being tossed about by whatever (tailored) doctrine  one chooses to suit or justify their unholy living is going on among the IONS of professed Christians today in and out of the churches. Not truly possessing the faith to uphold to the one, (wisdom from above ~ James 3:17 & 18) while reaching for the other (their carnal desires). This casts deep doubt within these hearts who claim to know Yahweh. They are like the waves of the sea driven by the wind as well as shipwrecking the faith of those around them.


They may have started out going in the right direction of the narrow path, but the secret desires lurking in their souls to  not completely let go of the world, their flesh and inflated ego keeps them from finding Abba's Way through His Son. The Way, (the narrow Way that only FEW find and stay the course) (Receiving and having the love of )Truth and His Life in place of our crucified lives. No matter how hard it becomes, no matter how much we are called to suffer for Christ as you by the Holy Spirit work out your salvation daily with fear and trembling and endure with Him till the end that you might be saved.

Now back to the song and something else Abba showed me about the Wind of change going on among SO MANY professing to know and follow Christ. I was led to 2 Timothy 3

Before you read further, please keep in mind that this scripture is not talking about the world but those who claim to know Him. The Scriptures are for our reproof (the believer and follower of Christ) NOT the world. This is what is presently going on today in epidemic proportion among so many professed followers of Christ. When you read this, it ought to bring you to your knees with profound spiritual soberness as to the state of those who profess to be God's "people" today. If you follow Abba's righteous judgements toward His physical chosen People called Israel, you can see what became of them over and over due to their idolatry, rebellion, disobedience against Yahweh and love for the world. What will become of the sons and daughters of disobedience today is much greater than we can fully comprehend. Again, please do not think such sons/daughters are referring to those who do not seek to be saved or think they are saved which cannot happen unless you endure with Him till the end. That's not my take on how it is to be, but Abba's Word that declares this "Selah" (Pause, meditate and contemplate with all your heart mind and soul )HIS  Word that sets His captives free.

This is VERY SERIOUS! What do you think happened when Abba said, "Linda, I am now bringing you into a final separation. NO MORE rubbing shoulders and keeping fellowship with those who are not walking the narrow path? It hit me so hard  that it brought me to my knees in repentance. I cried out to Abba asking what HE would have me do?

There is NO returning to anything familiar from my past, but pressing (straining) forward to what lies ahead. The UPWARD calling of Christ Jesus. To run the race of endurance patience and sharing in the fellowship of the sufferings of Christ till my last breath. Not the (falling away) upward ascending to something higher in the Name of Jesus that is the very opposite of dwelling in His High and Holy secret place in Spirit and in Truth. These ones who think  they are ascending are in fact descending. They will spiral downward and  fall into the pit of destruction, while leading many who follow these deceivers down that same road to hell, right along with them.

This will give you a feel, taste and picture of the experience JT and I went through recording these songs. There were QUITE a bit more, but that would surely be overkill on my part. When I was listening to them a few days back for the first time in about 2 years, I was laughing so hard my side hurt. I don't expect the same response from you who have braved it out long enough to read this far into the blog, but it's a part of my spiritual journey I wanted to share with those who might be interested.

A Sneak Peek of a New Song in Progress

As my walk always reflects the music that Spirit gives it has been put on my heart to write about the Narrow Road. This was a joint effort put together by Netty and myself. She wrote the verses and I tweaked and changed the wording to a few of the verses so they will flow into a song. I was given the words to the chorus.
 
I carry this baggage of fleshly sorrow
a warring of carnal desires
yet by His grace His Spirit guides me
through fiery trials such faith requires

 
Fear and cares creep in to trap me, 
where sin and doubt seek to intrude
At times I feel I can't go on, will I fail Him?
till these vain imaginings are taken captive to His truth

It's a long, long, hard road. I get weary from all this heavy load. Lord, Lord You say, "  drop it all at my feet, I am your strength and a shade from the HEAT."  Oh the battle, battles gettin mean and fierce. Your wounded child despised and mocked, my heart is pierced. I fall down, down bloody on this rocky ground. This Way so lonely, but in You i'm heaven bound.

Along the narrow way I stumble,
finding the turf so sharp and rough
no one can take this journey for me
tis mine alone, as I scale the bluff

One step at a time maintaining balance,
focused ahead as I see the prize
eternal treasures await my arrival
where in His Presence, He'll wipe every tear from my eyes

Are You Ready?

This should have been my first post as an intro to how this blogger came about.  LOL!

I posted this on the crazylamb forum. I also added more if you scroll down and edited a few things this evening.(Mon~11/1/10)

Wow, what a whirlwind of a weekend this has been. Ya know, when Spirit moves you gotta be ready. There are times when you have done all to stand you just stand there and wait till Spirit MOVES you where He wants you to go, where He calls you to be and what His will is for you to do. Moments of moving in Spirit's gifts and moments of those long rests (which we have trouble entering into cause we feel we always have to be doing something. Speaking from my own short comings of coarse :))

I thought just writing and recording what Spirit gave me on Friday was enough, but He MOVED on me strongly to get a blogger started as well. For those in that waiting (rest_heal) time, GET READY!

Galatians 6:8-10

8For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

10As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

Resting is also "well doing" Do well by enjoying those times of resting from your labor in Spirit. BE READY in season (Moving when Spirit moves you) and out of season(Those times of just resting from your labors, healing and just being in Him)



This is the part of the blog I added below along with editing where I felt it needed it.

Are you ready....... to spend more time with Abba? In His Presence you will find Peace, comfort, strength, joy and Love in these days of great woe.. He PROMISES to never leave or forsake you, but will be with you till the very end of your mission and call here on this earth.

Are you ready....... to spend more time in prayer? If there is ever a time we need to pray for one another as we see the day approaching, NOW is the time to be fervent in prayer. Be anxious for NOTHING but IN ALL THINGS by prayer and earnest spirit to spirit supplicating(humbly communicating) to Abba as you make your request known to Him with a thankful heart and His Peace which passes understanding will guard your heart and mind in Him. Be prayin, especially when you walk out that front door. Our enemy lurks, hounds and seeks whom he may devour. It's Daddy's lambs he is really after. So prayer is KEY to gettin through these tough times.

Are you ready....... for what is coming like a mighty whirlwind of prophecy being fulfilled right before our eyes? This is a time to prepare our hearts and soul spiritually. To get our house in spiritual order. To ask Spirit to reveal what ne eds to be repented of and ask for His humility in place of our pride and to crucify throughout the day our sinful nature and fill us with His Divine Nature. A time to renew your minds in His Word and a time to get a few things together by Spirit's leading for the coming famine and economic colapse.

Are you ready....... to lay down your life for Yeshua when it is your time to do so? Ask Spirit to help you get ready now for this. It's a heart attitude. Ask Spirit to deliver you of fear in all it's various forms and manifestations. The adversary FEEDS off our fear. Let him CHOKE on your hope, faith and total abandoned trust in Yahweh Yeshua!

Are you ready...... to suffer persecution and humiliation for your faith? That's a hard one, but that is a part of the narrow Way we are called to walk in Yeshua. As they persecuted Him, so will they persecute us. In fact whatever we all are going through now such as gang stalking, being without, hated by loved ones, etc This is all a part of that preparation. With the comfort we receive through these experiences, we can COMFORT and have COMPASSION on others.

Gang Stalker

Before I put up the words to a new song (HOT OFF the SPIRIT press) I just want to say thank you, Charles for being the vessel of honor that you provide for Papa's lambs here and wherever He leads you.

I have been going through as I would call a PRESSURE COOKER, WINE PRESS and being squeezed to where I want to explode time lately. Ya know, when your going through it, it feels like hell but as Spirit gets you to where you have nothing left within yourself to do, give, etc than something begins to take place?

It was at that moment when I listened to the recent audio that Charles (cunneda) did called, His Rest. That was a real break through for me. In fact I listened to it a second time last night while taking a much needed hot Epsom salt bath. The anointed words were a healing balm along with a heart to heart talk between Abba and myself.

I usually do academics with my daughter on Fridays, but since her daddy wanted to take her fishing and swimming at an indoor pool in town, my daughter suggested we double up on her academics so she wouldn't have to do them today. Well, that was quite an undertaking to say the least, but we did it. LOL! (Collapse)

In the audio Charles did he spoke about how when we get into His (Abba's) rest we become energized, rejuvenated, etc.
Well that is exactly what transpired. Since I didn't have anything going on today, I asked Abba if He would give me a song and He said, Yes, what I am going to give you will be called, Gang stalkers.

I can't tell you how excited I was about that!
Spirit gave me the music and words in 20 minutes time.
